Patagonia


The excitement of being next to an ice block of 200 square kilometers, as the Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentine Patagonia, brings an indescribable feeling. Sign in caverns of blue ice, like cuevas de Alvear, is even better. Huge blocks of ice Patagonia grandeur of nature that are worth a visit.
The most famous of all is the Perito Moreno glacier, 80 km from the small town of El Calafate. The glacier is located inside the Los Glaciares National Park, created in 1937. The main tourist attraction of the park is just one of the 356 glaciers of Los Glaciares
A large wooden walkway and stairs insulate visitors from large block of ice. Who wants to be closer might pay a little more and do a boat trip
